When I Book Online, What Happens Next?
Once your booking is placed, a staff member will contact you that same business day or the next to go over your booking to ensure customer satisfaction.
How Much Is A Deposit?
Bookings require a 25% deposit.
When Do I Have To Pay The Full Balance?
Full payments are due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. (Full payments become Non-refundable within 30 days prior to your event.)
Do You Offer Delivery?
We sure do! Delivery is available for your items. Delivery fees will be quoted by a staff member.
We can cover most of Vancouver Island!
Delivery areas include: Tofino, Ucluelet, Port Alberni, Courtenay, Cumberland, Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Duncan, Victoria and beyond! (Saltspring, Pender Island, Gabriola, Denman/Hornby).
Can I Pick Up My Rental Items?
Customer pick-up is available for most items. Pick-up can only be done in an enclosed vehicle. No open truck beds or trailers. Some items are “Delivery Only” items. These items will note this in the description.
How Long Are Rental Periods?
All bookings include a 3-day rental period, giving you plenty of time for setup before your event and an easy return after. No rush! Extended rentals are available upon request.
Do You Offer Customizable Items?
Yes we do! We manufacture in-house and can customize most things for you. Give us a shout.
