Urban Officiant, led by owner Casey, works with couples to create custom ceremonies that capture your unique love story. From the first consultation (in person or video) through the big day, you'll collaborate on ceremony details, preferences, and atmosphere. They handle all marriage license paperwork and travel costs (within a set radius). Before the wedding, you'll do a "talk through" to make sure everything is perfect. The team also offers elopement packages in Calgary and Banff, plus add-on relationship coaching.

What happens in the first meeting with my officiant?
You'll meet in person or on video to discuss your approach and story. You'll cover your ceremony preferences, desired length, and the overall atmosphere you want. The officiant will use your answers to craft a personalized ceremony and give you unlimited chances to revise until it's perfect.
Do I need to handle marriage license paperwork myself?
No. Urban Officiant takes care of completing and submitting all your marriage paperwork to Vital Statistics so you don't have to worry about it after the wedding.
Are there elopement packages available?
Yes. Urban Officiant offers several elopement options, including City, Mountain, Mountain Adventure, and Heli packages in and around Calgary and Banff. Each includes the ceremony, photography, flowers, and travel for the officiant.
