What does a wedding event typically look like at Sea Cider?
The day before, we host your rehearsal with your officiant so everyone feels prepared. You’re also welcome to drop off décor.
On your wedding day, you and/or your planner can access the space a couple of hours before the ceremony to set up.
Later, surrounded by your favourite people in our forest setting, you and your partner say “I do.”
After the ceremony, guests enjoy cocktails on the Cider Patio overlooking the orchard and Salish Sea. This is a great time for photos around the property.
Then it’s time to celebrate. Your reception takes place in the Farmhouse Pavilion with food, drinks, cake, and dancing.
The evening wraps up by 10pm, unless you’ve booked extra time.
What size wedding can you accommodate?
From 2 to 120.
What is the average cost of a wedding at Sea Cider?
They offer options for a range of budgets, from small weekday weddings starting at a few hundred dollars to Saturday celebrations for 50 guests starting around $7600.
Most packages include access to three spaces: the Forest Stumpery for your ceremony, the Orchard Patio for cocktail hour with views of the Salish Sea, and the Farmhouse Pavilion for your reception.
You’ll also have dedicated event staff and cider service for your guests throughout the day.
What happens if it rains?
Not to worry. They offer a rain plan with umbrellas, 10×10 tents for the Orchard Patio, heaters, and blankets to keep everyone comfortable.
If the weather is heavier, cocktail hour can be moved to the Pavilion so the celebration continues smoothly.

The visit wraps up with a cider flight, so you can relax and take it all in.
